Strands Policies

Please notify us of any health conditions, physical concerns or special assistance needed prior to receiving your services at Strands.  We encourage you to communicate with your therapist / stylist any preferences you may have (i.e. depth of massage, skin sensitivity, etc.) at any time throughout your service. We wish your time at Strands to be an unsurpassed experience.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Spa Package cancellations require 72 hours notice due to their longer booking time.

Missed appointments are subject to a service charge.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

If possible & at the request of our guests, please turn off cell phones and refrain from use while on the premises.

Gift certificates available by phone or in person.

Prices in menu are subject to tax. Prices subject to change without notice.
